You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app at any time.
Launch Coralio app on your device and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
Tap your profile icon or go to the Profile section in the main navigation menu.
Look for the settings gear or account management options within your profile.
Tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your choice. Once confirmed, the deletion process will begin immediately.
When you delete your account, we prioritize your privacy by permanently removing your personal information from our systems.
Immediate Actions: Your profile, account credentials, and active sessions are instantly revoked and deleted.
App Data: Any app-specific configurations, habit metrics, or personalized layouts linked to your account are permanently wiped from our databases.
Analytics Data: Any linked downstream events, such as tracking logs or activity funnels, are fully anonymized or deleted, ensuring no identifiable data remains.
Exceptions: We only retain data if required to comply with legal, regulatory, or security obligations.
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request data removal manually, you can contact us directly.
Email Request: Send an email to with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Please send the email from the address associated with your account so we can verify your identity. We will process your request and completely remove your data within 30 days.
