These Terms and Conditions apply to the Coralio.app application (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices created by Aviv Baksht (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application, introduce new features, remove existing features, or charge for services at any time and for any reason.
The Service Provider will provide reasonable notice where required before introducing charges for previously free features or services.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system.
Such actions could expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
You may terminate your relationship with the Service Provider at any time by using the in-app account deletion feature located within your Profile settings.
Deleting your account will revoke your access to account-based features, including premium features where applicable, and will initiate deletion of your user profile data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, or legal agreements regarding their services.

The Application may use optional analytics and user experience services, including UXCam, to improve the functionality, performance, and usability of the Application.

Please be aware that certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which may be provided through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or if you have exceeded your mobile data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage, including roaming charges if you use the Application outside of your home territory, region, or country without disabling data roaming.
If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the Application, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
The Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Application.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged, supported, and capable of running the Application.
If your device runs out of battery or does not meet the technical requirements required for the Application, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for your inability to access the Service.
The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always remain compatible with every operating system version or device.
You agree to install updates to the Application when offered if you wish to continue using the Application.
If the Service Provider terminates the Application, your rights and licenses granted under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if required.
The content, features, and personalized recommendations provided within the Application, including but not limited to habit tracking schedules, productivity workflows, and AI-generated suggestions, are provided for general informational and personal management purposes only.
They do not constitute professional, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
You acknowledge and agree that any action you take based upon information or recommendations provided by the Application is strictly at your own risk.
The Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific results, performance improvements, or outcomes from using the Application.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, feasibility, and safety of any recommendations before acting upon them.
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from your reliance on the Application's content, features, or suggestions.
The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, utilizing API services provided by third parties such as OpenAI.
By using these AI features, you acknowledge and agree that your inputs may be processed by external AI systems to generate the requested output.
The Service Provider ensures that AI integrations are designed to support your user experience while maintaining appropriate safeguards regarding your submitted content, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Application may include optional analytics and user experience features designed to help improve the Application.
If you enable analytics, certain usage information may be collected and processed by third-party services, including UXCam, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing and managing your analytics preferences within the Application.
