Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

The Application collects your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location and use it in the following ways:

The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies powered by third-party processors such as the OpenAI API to enhance user experience and provide automated functionalities. When you use these AI-driven features, relevant text inputs or other user content may be transmitted to OpenAI for real-time processing. All AI processing is handled through enterprise API services, ensuring your inputs remain confidential, are not used for public model training, and are processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Optional Analytics

If you choose to enable analytics, the Application uses third-party analytics services, including UXCam, to better understand how users interact with the Application, identify usability issues, diagnose technical problems, and improve the overall user experience.

Analytics services may collect information such as screen navigation, feature usage, touch gestures (including taps, swipes, and scrolling), session duration, device information, operating system version, application version, performance metrics, and other diagnostic information.

Analytics collection, including UXCam session recordings and user experience analytics, is only enabled after you have provided your consent. If you choose not to enable analytics, optional analytics data will not be collected through UXCam.

The Service Provider configures UXCam to mask sensitive information where applicable. Password fields and other designated sensitive input fields are excluded or obscured from session recordings.

Declining optional analytics does not affect the collection of information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Application, including essential diagnostic information, crash reporting, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and anonymized or aggregated operational data processed in accordance with applicable law.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, service updates, and marketing promotions where permitted by applicable law.

Optional analytics information is only collected and shared with analytics providers, including UXCam, if you have enabled analytics within the Application and provided consent where required. Where possible, analytics data is aggregated, pseudonymized, or anonymized before being used to improve the Application.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding the handling of data. These third-party service providers include:

If you have enabled analytics, UXCam provides user experience analytics and session replay functionality to help the Service Provider understand how users interact with the Application, troubleshoot issues, and improve usability.
